Last time I bought few cosmetics but the blue dart courier person dont even bothered to call me and while tracking my order online they showed it as address is incomplete. after so many calls and mails finally they delivered the product after 1 week. thank God I selected COD.
And the recent one... After purchasing Kaya offer I visited kaya yesterday. Service was okay but they charged tax extra i.e. 100 rs. it was no where mentioned in ur website. the offer consists of aqua radiance+ 1 session hair removal+ doctor consultation worth 3000, but they are giving it in 899.
They gave me the appointment when doctor was not there so no consultation. They charged extra money and also for laser they were asking extra 500 which was also not mentioned on snapdeal.
I’m really disappointed after all this.
