Avoiding snapdeal will only do you good

There is nothing worse then snapdeal, worst after sale services I have ever experienced. They sell flop and faulty products first of all.They claim to have 30 days no question asked return. I bought a cordless phone from their website and the product was faulty, i called them back and told them about the product, they said they will give me a call for the address i have to return the product to, that was almost two weeks ago, i keep calling them everyday and they come up with useless and baseless excuses everyday and their promises extends everyday. I have years of experience of online purchase from many websites, but snapdeal is the worst. As a genuine buyer i would recommend everyone to stay away from this piece of website and their services. Sincerely save your hard earned money and spend it on something worthy. These are the stupid excuses i get when i call them (read well future buyers, that is going to happen to you too in near future )




  1. Sir our staff has been busy, but we are looking into your matter (busy with what!)




  2. Sir the guy who is looking after your case is on a holiday (Wow! I am impressed)




  3. Shift of the guy who is looking after your matter hasn’t started yet (who the heck is the guy? BILL GATES?!)




  4. Sir I will personally call you after one hour ( I do know what metaphor is)




  5. Sir the guy tried calling you but couldn’t because of some PROBLEM (interesting)




  6. Sir the guy called you but you were not reachable (never heard that before)




  7. Sir keep checking your mail we will email you the shipping address. (oh thanks! I now realize I am a fool)




  8. Sir if within 24 hours you do not get response I will personally call you. (call my asss)
