I ordered a kurtha(2l size and 1xl) which I received today. I had to pay Rs.1335/- thinking I had received all 3 items though I made the order twice. Also the cover says quantity 3 items.
Unfortunately I did not open the item when it was delivered(trusting Spnadeal). Once I opened, I was shocked to see only one item for which I had paid such a huge amount. Also I was not satisfied with the item(the material and colour of the product is not as expected). Hence I wanted to make a return. Now I had made a return option for which it shows only Rs. 445/-. I’m not able to make a return for the rest as it shows zero amount.
I am extremely disappointed with this kind of poor service. I need my money Rs.1335/- back. I need a customer call support ASAP.
