Snapdeal didn't dispatch micromax mobile.

I had ordered micromax a116 mobile on 15 feb and estimated dispatch time is on or before 15 march till now they have not dispatched..... I had talk with customer care guy he is telling that dispatch of mobile will delayed for two more weeks the reason he mentioned was unbelievable.


The reason for the delay is that they got notification regarding  raise in the excise duty on mobile costing more than 2, 000 Rs in budget 2013.  I don’t know how budget 2013 is responsible  for delayed dispatch ?? and any how budget is applicable from APRIL. They also told "Sir you waited for 1 month please wait for 2 more week and micromax as increased the price of phone and still we will give u the phone with same rate what u ordered along with the phone case worth of Rs 700" .


They are also not ready to tell the exact dispatch time. So friends please before ordering any thing in snapdeal   make sure they have enough stock  or they will cheat you by offering some complementary gift.
