I’m a very old online retail shopper and recently tried snapdeal.com, ordered 2 products with them and unfortunately had terrible experience with both of the products .
Product one
1) Delivery time kept on increasing 2) and when received the product, got shock of my life that it was less in quantity, so my suggestion go for COD and open the parcel in front of courier guy.
Product two
2) Product was damaged and iIrequested for return pickup, its been 20 days no pickup has been done yet and all call to customer support is going in vain, feeling so helpless.
They are true spoiler of online shopping name in India . If any one is having any doubt on the authenticity of this review, drop a email to me, would provide more details, but certainly want this message to spread many more people to save them from the trap of snapdeal .
