I am user of amazon but last I used snapdeal shoping for occasion of divali they give so many offers that is attracted me. so I purchased shirts. after 2 to 3 days I got my delivery I am shocked because the shirts are changed I selected one shirts they delivered other shirts. I contacted custamer service but they did not responded. before this incident my sister purchased her cloths she got her delivery which she selected so I have mixed experience in the snapdeal. when come to product quality is avaerage and delivery time is correct they saying one time that they delivering after in time. so just don’t shop on this it is an luckydraw type shopping site because every time we don’t get our items which we ordered.
