I ordered Hp Envy J110tx on Sunday 27/04/2014 with delivery date 30/04/2014.
They hire a cheap courier agency.
Their simple trick is, 1st they will delay shipment & then if your shipping address is at a commercial place, then they will call you 9pm, knowingly that office are usually closed by 8pm.
Then update their site that office is closed. POOR SERVICE.
Till time, I am waiting for the product’s arrival.
