Customer service is really bad

I bought Reebok shoes from this website, they had a good deal. But I ordered a wrong size for my brother, so I called them within 6 hours and asked their customer service agent if I could cancel this order and place another one. The site is bad with customer account you cannot edit the order or cancel it immediately the only means is to call the customer care. The person on call advised me to place another order as I couldn’t cancel my order and after I place the other order he had the authority to cancel my previous order as t was before they could charge me for my order and the time frame allowed him to cancel it. He assured me my wrong order was cancelled and it wouldn’t process ahead. But I still received my both orders.


I called them again and they said that order was never cancelled. they asked me to send the order again to them, which made me angry as tht would cost me all charge for the courier to Delhi, so I asked them if they could come and pick it up as it was their mistake, the customer service agent said to me that she was not sure if the pick up would be done.  I had to show that I was angry with all the mistakes they had done and then they agreed for the reverse pickup from their own side. They picked up the shoes within three days and informed me that I would get my refund within 7-10 days. I didn’t receive my refund in that time frame so I called them again to my surprise which they gave me for each and every call, the agent informed me there were no such records of my complaints or wrong delivery done, either the company has no good standards or their agents are not worth being paid for. It really made me angry and the agents were rude to speak to as if they paid me to buy product, they assured they would look into the matter and correspond to me no one did. Height of all they were asking me if the reverse pick up was done and were asking details from me. the other agent said I have all the details and one says there are no details


I called them continuously 3-4 weeks and at last decided to ask these agents to ask their manager to speak with me. I was so damn angry with their service, I made him realise I spent equal amount of money to call them that I spent on the product I bought, these people take no time to charge us for the money but when it comes the time to refund my they take their own time and on top of tht seemed like they wished to dupe us for it. I had to give the team leader a final ultimatum and time limit if I did not receive my money by then I would be forced to file a police complaint against them.


This experience only caused me frustration of their service caused me was different. The agents hanging up the calls and being rude can only show the low standard of their operations. Finally after


This entire experience made me realise that Indian standards of business is still low and Snap Deal is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have policies but they themselves don’t follow it. A very unfriendly website where we cannot even make changes to the order or cancel it.
