Well, this review of mine comes after a long time but after having so much good experience, I just thought to jot down few good words and recommendation for snapdeal. I did my first online purchase through infibeam and it was almost like 8 years before.
My experience with infibeam wasn’t good since theyr delivered my product like after 20 days. Than I tried Flipkart; yes flipkart had made a good name of themselves and I thought they would be ver professional but to my despair every shopping I have done in Flipkart has been a bad memory and to tell everyone I do have done number of shoppings. Sometime, they have send different materials, sometime the delay in delivery has been exorbitant and number of times, it has been me taking all the pain to courier received package and then followed rigorously with flipkart for refund of my courier charges.
Amazon offcourse is better and professional. The good thing is they have designed their system as such that most of the time its the seller who gets blacked and blamed if there comes a problem with the Product and amazon is all the time safe. To mention they have good customer care and do take care of their customer. Now, enough saying about all other website and let me come back to snapdeal. It was my wife who first started shopping with snapdeal and based on her experience she used to praise snapdeal but my impression of snapdeal stayed that it will be just another Indian shopping site struggling with the indian delivery system.
Lately I realize that my perception of snapdeal was totally wrong. They are the people who mean business. They are professional and managing their customer very nicely. I did a number of shopping with them and till now I don’t have any complaint against them. Once they did delivered an inferior quality laptop chord to me but were very quick in refunding my amount after I couriered it.
During some purchases, I do have experienced problems with amazon but with snapdeal it has been all the time till now, a good experience. The best part of them is that they deliver anywhere, they have a good delivery network unlike flipkart and facility like cash on delivery is also available. I whole heartedly give snapdeal a thumbs up and wish them a good success. Offcourse they have to maintain their standard. This review is related to my experience with snapdeal till date and I wouldn’t hesitate to put down any bad review if in case I experience any with them.
