I bought Samsung NP355V5C-S06IN Laptop through Snapdeal. I got late delivery but product in good condition, but I didn’t get any CDs or DVDs for installation of Windows 8 and for drivers.
Hence I cannot reformat the hard-disk. I complained twice but this issue is not being resolved by Snapdeal. They don’t any proper system to resolve if buyers have any issues after buying a product.
