I purchased a Lenovo A1000(8GB, Black) they delivered the same on 25th may with Order ID: 13437188188 the phone when received from day its wifi is not whereas when I complained there engineer said that you wifi is not working properly where as when the same wifi is working in the other devices then it should work in this device as well. when I contact snapdeal they said to visit customer service center(snapdeal I also know that I can visit service center but if a 3 day old phone needs a service center then where is your quality commitment lies) and what hapened to you 7 days return policy of the product while selling the prodcuts you easily say that we have easy returns but while when a customer tries to return the same you head them to a service center. on the same day I purchased another phone from flipkart there service delivery and customer serice is so nice that they respond to every query perfectly/ I was a fan of snapdeal earlier but after seeing flipkart service I change my views on snapdeal. never buy anything from snapdeal they do not accept any returns from the customer in anyways they head them to service centers.
