I have used snap eal 3 times and here is what happened. The first time I purchased a n offer to join a gym for 15 days only to find out when I go to the gym that the branch I was led to believe had the offer did not have the offer.
I complained to the customer care and after a lot of effort and a long std call they accepted their mistake and did a refund on one coupon (I had purchased two) this meant another long std call at my expense.
Once bitting I refused to learn and booked a car wash for 200 rs( this is one of those where they come home to do a thorough wash) It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the coupon and even after numerous calls I still have not got that car wash Me 0-spandeal 2.
The only positive experience I’ve had with the site is another gym offer which I ended up using. me 1 snap deal 2 and no more ever again.
I would advise people to stay off the site no matter what the temptation, even if you d have only 100-200 rs to loose. nobody likes to feel cheated regardless of how much you’re spending.
Most of the offers there have tons of conditions and more often than not they are Bogus. I should know cause I think I’ve given them a fair chance here.
