i’ m a kind of online shopping addicted person. I always wanted to try all the shopping websites. I tried all of them including this snap deal. here is my experience. when I entered in this snap deal website I found lots of combo offers, deals, limited exclusive offers etc., in all of them I decided to buy some thing for my home. so I went in to that home and furnishing section and started to see all the offers on furnishing and decors. I found a limited offers on double cot bed sheets. I started searching for best product buy studying all the summary and reviews. at last I found this amazing offer and bought 3 bed sheets with cost ranging from 300 to 500. they given me 10 to 15 days duration for the shipment . I am excited to receive my product. when I received the product I found that the product I ordered and the product I received are totally different. worst case is that one of the bed sheet was torn in middle. the cloth I got is completely a cheap cloth. it is not even used as a mopping cloth.
the next day I called to customer care to complain about their service and to return the bed sheets. they told that the product cannot be taken back as it is bought in offer.
from then I never bought a single product from that snap deal. it happened 4 years back. from then I never ordered a single product. lets hope that they at least try to improvise their services and respect the customers.
