Order no 2300355228 delivered on 2nd June 14, was a Videocon refrigerator. Blue dart delivered it without any gross damage. On opening, product was externally alright. On switching on, no cooling. I called snapdeal, they said it is covered under trust pay. But no idea about its coverage and refund or replacement. It may take 30 days. This is just wastage of time and unwanted stress. Just wait and wait for them to respond. No one called back yet
