I personally hate this site for shopping after shopping my redmi note 3 smartphone. I have requested for the replacement of the product and they picked up the phone very early and I have got my replacement product after 42 days. I have to contact with them several times but they were just giving assurance. They were just telling that your product has not arrived in our warehouse. In this way one month gone and at last they told me that the product is lost by their courier partner and then replaced. I can’t explain my all feelings in words. Such a worse site and bad courier facility
