We bought a 1.5 Ton Micromax India AC from Snapdeal for my dad but I was shocked to receive a PC monitor on the 1st Nov instead. I kept chasing their customer service department to address my replacement request but the associates kept assuring me that it will be done in a day or two. On 9th Nov, they closed the replacement request without replacement or even my consent. Since then even the IVR has changed having no option to speak to an associate. Its been 20 days without a resolution. Planning to sue them in a few days as a last resort .
