SNAPDEAL.com DOESN'T ADDRESS CUSTOMER CONCERNS!

Hi,


I am writing this review against Snapdeal’s pathetic customer service. I ordered a red JBL headphones, I received it 10 days back. I need to draw your attention here coz my headphones did not had a seal pack, neither there was any sign of seal tampering. It was without seal. Moreover the packing of it was as if sumone has re-packed the product after opening it and the wire was packed badly and the box was also not properly closed.


My invoice was from Saholic.com, so I called them but they denied my request saying I need to complain to snapdeal and they won’t do anything till snapdeal tells them. So I called them requesting for a new piece in exchange of wat dey had sent me and requested for a reverse pickup. But to my surprise they did not tell me anything about the return procedure at that time and kept down my phone saying the concerned dept will call me within 48 hrs giving me a complaint no. I again waited for that time and emailed them, no response again, called them again they said the same thing and when I insisted, they said someone will call me in 4 hrs, yet again no one called. then I received an email asking for the pics of the product I had received, even after giving that no response till date.


So basically, they have the worst customer service that I have seen till date. Other websites like Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, Zivame, Amazon, etc have a much much better return policy and much better customer friendly service. I have been following them like anything, but no response from there side.


I m not sure if they are selling 2nd hand products or open products or duplicate products, as my product did not have a seal or proper packaging and they aren’t doing anything about that even after me repeatedly following them.


I think you might want to think twice before actually buying a product from Snapdeal.com.
