Snapdeal was my first online shopping experience. But now I prefer Amazon and Flipkart over Snapdeal. And recently I had a very bad experience with snapdeal. Let’s go to the pros and cons.
Pros:
1.Price of products at snapdeal is less than almost all other online shopping sites.
They deliver really fast. I got my phone from Snapdeal within two days.
The products which Snapdeal give are original, I think so.
Cons:
The first con is Snapdeal has a very poor return policy in case of electronic items. Most of the time they refuse to return Electronic items.
They don’t have a good customer care service. Their number is not even toll free, rather it cuts balance at double or triple rate than your usual call rate.
I don’t prefer Snapdeal, and I dont recommend it to others at all.
