The most horrible online shopping experience with Snapdeal will try and spread the word so that no consumer gets harassment what I went through !
I ordered for a 2 GB Apple iPod shuffle as a birthday gift for my sister. I received the package and to my horror they did not include the USB cable in the package, when I called up the customer care I spoke to 5 different people and different answers. (Swati, Wasim, Sudhish customer care from Snapdeal )
Finally on their request I had send images of the product where it was mentioned that the USB cable is a part of the deal and now their reply hilarious, "You can buy the USB cable maam" really?
I am sick and tired trying to contact them and buying bullshit excuses. I requested that I want to return the product but alas they dont want as well. I am stuck with an apple iPod not able to charge neither sync songs.
