Snapdeal is turning out to be a cheat company

I had ordered and item on 29th Sept, 14. Order number 2959170352. The order was to be delivered on 6th Oct. So far the order is yet to be delivered. When I try to call their courier associate(Red Express) no one picks the call. They seems to have associated with a similar partner.


Now I want to cancel the order and place the order on Amazon but no response from Snapdeal.


Pathetic!
