With reference to the order id 1528525164
The product with invoice number E23F40/13-14/151, with an invoice date of 21st December 2013 and with the product serial number YB00332120, doesn’t appear new. I want to return this laptop as it has proof of having been used. The following are the proof of the same prior to it’s delivery.
1) The seal of box appeared to have been tampered with.
2) The screen has been mopped, and the mop-lines are visible.
3) The screen bezel have some scratches
4) The product has already been registered four months prior to delivery and the warranty has started prior o delivery date(A snapshot of the same has been attached for clarification)
5) The "power on" Hours of the hard disk is 509 hours.(checked with Cristal disk info - Snapshot of the same has been attached for clarification)
I want a replacement with a genuine new product or a full refund of the same from snapdeal.
