I bought on android phone for 10K from snap deal they have delivered damage piece and I raised complain against delivery . then they send one guy who took my phone without giving any proof and he was very rude talking like we did some big mistake.
And then I asked snap deal CC they started telling we didn’t received your phone yet. don’t know how to deal and what to do .
