Worst customer service and return policy. I request every one not to buy anything from snapdeal. Had a bad experience. I purchased a product from snapdeal a month ago. It was the craziest deal online. Naturally I was very happy that I got the best deal. But the happiness was short-lived. Snapdeal is a market place, they dont keep inventory items. They work on dealer network. Snapdeal is just a transaction portal. Snapdeal lists items on its website and don’t do proper check with thier dealers.
