Hi friends today I am going to share my true experience with this website.
They are providing better advertisement but providing bad quality products.
I ordered silk saree from Snapdeal.com with so much discount they promised me that they delivered my parcel in 6 - 7 days but delivered my parcel after about 12 days. So I feel that the customer service is worst.
The app is always shows the offers at the top and there us an issue that the order list too more inside so it is difficult to find for new users.
They accepted return to damage materials but it also takes a long time to replace the order to your address.
Snapdeal.com server is not more fast. it doesn’t gives me enough confidence in its reliability.
I don’t suggest you to do online shopping on Snapdeal.com
