I am one of the unsatisfied customers of Snapdeal, while I ordered Refrigerator and a washing machine.
I got the refrigerator first from the order. When I first looked at the Fridge I felt the packing was so foolish and there was no brand packing. There were no labels or any covers on it. And for my surprise I see a whole lot of dents and scratches.
Clearly this product I received was a used or display piece which kept for users to check it out in some electronics showroom. Then started the whole lot of phone calls and email trails. After this faulty fridge I denied the delivery of the washing machine. And I am yet to get the refund on that and not getting a proper response from them.
The sad part is the customer reps as piece of junk sitting in Delhi and taking calls without any knowledge and how to respond the customer. I have already decided to take this company to the court and file a case in consumer forum. The stress I have gone through is enormous after the purchase with Snapdeal.
My dear netizens, kindly read the reviews before you make any purchase online. We are not idiots here and sitting & writing this review. Kindly heed our advice and stop making any transactions to such fraudulent sites.
