NO to Snapdeal, Pathetic service and Committment

I have ordered a Wildcraft backpack on snapdeal on 2nd Dec 2012 through Credit Card. On 7th Dec 2012 they emailed me that the order will be shipped on 13th Dec 2012.


On 8th Dec 2012, I have cancelled the order. Seems that the money would be refunded after 21 business days


So pathetic service, please say no to Snapdeal. Its practical torture


This is a story from Bangalore, so Bangaloreans please do not order from Snapdeal.
