Product Ordered is a HP laptop which cost nearly 40k. Promised delivery in 5 days. First they delayed it by 3 days. Then delayed it for more 3 days result got my product after 10 days of ordering a product. Alternate was to order on Flipkart at 41k but due to lesser price I choose snapdeal and I realised it was a mistake ordering from snapdeal, but I thought might be due to some circumstances order got delayed so I tried again next order.

Product* ordered is a Blackberry Z10 phone approx 17000 rs. ordered product on 25 feb three times I have got a new date of dispatch of product but till today product is not dispatched by snapdeal its more than 12 days and promised dispatch date was 28 Feb. Tired of contacting Support center every time only one reply sir please give us 3 more days. Alterane available flipkart.com product was priced 18000 and again I fell for low price of snapdeal. My friend who ordered it from flipkart got product in 2 days at 18000 rs.
Snapdeal just try to attract customers by providing low prices than competitors but then they are unable to fulfill the orders. I have faced this problem more than these two times mentioned above whereas my experience with flipkart is quite good. Every time I have ordered a product on Flipkart it never got delayed the promised time. So at least you are sure that what u ordered you will get it on Flipkart.
Product is still available on site and not out of stock just because I ordered it for less price they are not delivering it.
Snapdeal - you have lost a regular customer and gonna lose many more if you continue servicing your customers like this.
