I have ordered a Casio A881 watch from snapdeal and received it with tampered MRP sticker, i.e. sticker was peeled off and same was done with warranty card.I had investigated and visited brands website from where I come to know that due to this tampering my watch is not eligible for warranty and it is really painful that a website like snapdeal is engaging in such practices.
I am continuously following up with snapdeal’s customer support but they haven’t reverted back. This shows how serious you guys are about your customers. Casio doesn’t even put up a message or notification about such things on its website, because clearly they want to excuse themselves while dealing with customers.
I am going to file a case and sue both Casio and Snapdeal.Thanks you guys for cheating customers like us, please take this watch back.
