HI THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD WHILE SHOPPING IN SNAPDEAL.
I ORDERED A INFOCUS M2 MOBILE WHEN IT WAS EXCLUSIVELY LAUNCHED IN SNAPDEAL, LET ME MAKE IT SIMPLE, THE C.O.D-PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED QUITE EARLIER THAN I EXPECTED(SINCE THE DEMAND WAS MORE FOR THAT INFOCUS M2 MOBILE), NEVERTHELESS, TO MY SURPRISE WHILE CHECKING THE MOBILE, ONE OF THE SIM SLOT WAS NOT WORKING, BUT ALL THE OTHER FEATURES WERE EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY THE FRONT AND REAR CAMERA, WONDERFUL SELFIES, I CONTACTED THE C.C OF SNAPDEAL, THEY ADVISED ME TO GO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE, THOUGH I HAD TO TRAVEL FOR ONE HOUR TO REACH THAT SERVICE CENTRE IN TIRUNELVELI, SINCE SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT AVAILABLE HERE IN THE LOCAL TOWN, I WAS ASKED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE STAFF TO WAIT FOR 5 DAYS TO KNOW WHETHER THEY COULD REPAIR IT, WHICH I COULD NOT AFFORD AS I HAD TO RETURN IT BEFORE A WEEK TO GET THE REFUND FROM THE SNAPDEAL, THEN I CONTACTED SNAPDEAL C.C, IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAD, THEY NEVER INSISTED ME TO GO OTHER SERVICE CENTRES OR ADVISING OTHER OPTIONS, INSTEAD ARRANGED FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY, WHICH THE ECOM REVERSE LOGISTICS PERSONNEL TOOK IT FROM ME IN A DAY, ABOVE ALL I WAS GIVEN A 100% REFUND THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT -NEFT MODE WITHOUT ANY HARDSHIP.
. THANKS TO SNAPDEAL, THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED SLIGHTLY, THEY TOOK THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REFUND AND I AM A PERSON WHO HAD &WILL SHOP WITH THE SNAPDEAL.
