When I was trying to replace or refund the product they told me to send the product to Snapdeal buy a local courier. I was faced a lot of problems by sending the product. I think that flipkart.com is the best online shopping website. my experience buy shopping with Flipkart is really great the delivery was too fast and the products was genuine. But in Snapdeal I was faced a lot of problems with estimated delivery date.
