I bought a Fila Tennis shoe for 1800 in a discounted rate 6 months ago but after using it for a week I saw that the shoe’s sole started coming out was really dissapointed. When I contacted their customer care then they said they won’t take back the product as it is used. I am not at all satisfied with Snapdeal. Snapdeal being a million dollar company should’nt sell these kinda stuff. The staff working should have a look at kind of goods being dispatched. I never ordered anything from Snapdeal after this incident because I lost faith in them.
