I have recently purchased a cosco racquet from snapdeal and they sent me a fake product. Cosco racquets features cosco logo on its strings. Mine ones strings were not original so I contacted their customer care .
They filed a replacement and said we will get it checked and ensure original product is delivered to you. I received the same product again even after I reminded them to get it checked.
I contacted them second time and one of their female advisor said I will forward your consern ahead myself and after that I noticed even after 6 hours no action were taken from them . No replacement filed .
I contacted them again and talked to their senior advisor . He assured that this time I will get original product and ensured that it will go through a quality check from snapdeal. I also called again the next day to know where they will check the product and they asked me not to worry.
Again I received the same product the third time. I called their customer care and talked to their superviser named BOSCO. I asked him why my product didnt went to quality check even after I reminded them multiple times. He didnt have any answers to my questions and Snapdeal also refused to ship it via another seller.
MY COMPLAINT ID IS 22781626 AND I JUST WANNA KNOW WHY MY PRODUCT DIDNT WENT THROUGH THE QUALITY CHECK?
I am completely sure that snapdeal employees are corrupted and are not fulfilling their duty. Their supervisor even refused to tell me contact details of the highest authority a customer can contact!
SUCH IS A THIRD CLASS SERVICE WHICH A CUSTOMER SHOULD EXPECT FROM A COMPANY LIKE " SNAPDEAL ".
