Recently on 02/11/14 I ordered a Karcher MV3 Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner order no:3419162286. I got info saying on 09-11-14 my product will be delivered but I dint get the correct info from Snapdeal and at last product got delivered on 16-11-14 Friday.
I was really shock when I found courier has come with brand box( Karcher Box). When I opened to assemble it I found broken. This was my first experience with snapdeal. Previously I had purchased from Flipkart and Amazon. A very long ago I ordered Nokia Mobile from Flipkart I got courier like inside there was Nokia box wrapped with babel wrap on that there was Flipkart Box so my mindset was same because of that I ordered through online but reality was horrible.
While writing this review I got a call from snapdeal and I have been informed after taking this product with in 4 days I will get new product so let me wait and watch.
