Recently I have placed an order on snapdeal online shopping of a rotimaker for my mom. I received the product on the date given by them.


The product was in the good condition on that day.


But on the second day when my mom used the rotimaker, it was not working at all. So I placed a complain to the customer service department to exchange the product. They said that the courier company will come to receive the product. Its as being a month no one has came yet to receive it and when I call the customer service they just put the call on hold. After this type of service, I don’t like to visit this site. I hate this site.
