I Just buy a Salwar - suit for my sis from snapdeal ! Than on 6-10-2017 I recieved the package from courier company ! Then I recieved a message from snapdeal that your is cancelled ! But I already received that ! Now I want to return or replacement of that product ! But I cant able to do that ! Then I mail to @help.snapdeal.in and they said thats not our fault because we already cancelled your order plz contact seller directly ! Wtf if I have to take the product from shop why I should use these online shopping app. Still no response from them !
