My ORDER ID: 8905233809. Order Placed On:08/10/2015 I ordered one SONATA 7987YL01 . The price was Rs.504/-. It was assured that the product will be delivered within 27/10/15. When I call them on 27th October 201 they told me that the product is unavailable at my location & they’ve cancelled the product without any intimation. This is not the first time they’ve done the same thing before. I got the real reason behind that.
The price of the WATCH hiked To Rs. 514 & they want me to pay the new amount instead of Rs. 504/- . Snap Deal is a big cheater. Always they give false & baseless excuses . Friends before ordering anything from Snapdeal think twice. I’ve attached my documents for further proof. I’ve attached the details as a reference.I’ve sent an email to Mr. Kunal Bahl.There’s no reply from there too. Now u can understand what it is.There’s also no toll free number. Each & every time you have to spend at least Rs.10/- if want to call the customer care representatives.
