Snapdeal delivers defective product

I have purchased Godrej Tauras Electronic Safe from snapdeal it was delivered after 9 days.  I was not in hometown for 1 week to open that product. When I opened it was a defective product.


I have complained to them after 1 week. They refuse to replace it and asked me to contact Godraj guys whom call center is always busy and never reply mail.I told to snapdeal customer care it is not a consumable or electronics item so they should honer my complain. Their customer care service is very rude. Even I was ready to pay extra money to replace them. The did not have answer

Please do not buy any item from snapdeal they do not have any control over their vendors.


Had good experience with flipkart and others.


Their customer relationship means only follow the company text’rules’. Customer care executive will give standard answer that’we are sorry’’can not do anything’ because I  raised complain after 1 week.


Simple businessman will understand diff between defective and damaged products. And will understand the impact of customer relationship.
