Worst replacement/refund process

Worse worse worse. If I could give - ve rating to the worst customer service I am experiencing. I ordered a laptop table on 22-Oct 2015 which had stains and was rusted. I asked for refund and their guy took the table back. Since 3 months, I am following up for my refund of Rs. 899 every week. They just give false assurances and say my issue has been escalated and your money will be credited to bank account/credit card or freecharge. Nothing happens.


Recently their guy called and told that your money will be credited back within 4 days. Its been 2 weeks and nothing happened.


I swear never to buy anything from Snapdeal again.
