Worst online shopping experience

By far the WORST online shopping experience with snapdeal. First they advertise themselves so much, hype the sale then send faulty products, even then if the customer acts cool and asks to send same product they cancel on them without notifying.


Then when the customer still wanting to be part of snapdeal asks them to put the amount in the snapdeal cash account they initiate the refund to account but that too still not done. They act and work as per their wishes. Customer serive is zero.


They are not ready to handle clients plus they have customer care who act as per their wish. I am very disappointed and I will no longer along shop with them also will make my family and friends aware of the zero professionalism and lack of customer handing/ satisfaction by snapdeal.
