Mitashi tablet: Poor Service

I have purchased a Mitashi tablet last week, which was advertised with 4 GB internal memory, while I receive it with only 2 GB internal memory.


When I checked with the customer care, they responded that I’ll get a resolution shortly for this issues, it’s already nearing 1 week, but nothing heard when I continuously sending mails.


Complaint number: 4943605.


Order no: 2228779057.


Please let me know if this is the best you can serve. Atleast recently, I have purchased upto 35K worth products.
