I ordered a neck piece from Snapdeal. I received a broken necklace on Sept 12. They have absolutely no quality assurance process it seems because nobody had bothered to pack the merchandise properly. it was not even bubble wrapped, the outer cardboard box was torn and it seemed somebody had carelessly tossed the merchandise into a Snapdeal bag.
I was really disappointed. Now they will take four more days to send someone to pick it up from me and will accept it only after I have sealed the packet with Snapdeals branding intact.
Their own package when sent to a customer was not sealed. Only a cheap cello tape was stuck to "secure the merchandise."
This gift was supposed to be a surprise for my niece and now the surprise has been spoiled!
