Snapdeal.com boasts of being the best of all the e-commerce companies, when it comes to customer satisfaction, but the ground reality is way too different. Doing shopping from snapdealk.com turned out to be my worst mistakes I ever made with shopping.
I have been looking to buy a comfortable pair of jogging shoes since past few days. I happened to come across Snapdeal looking for the shoes. There was this attractive offer going on of flat 50% off on Puma sports shoes. I found myself lucky & ordered Black-green Puma shoes 2 weeks ago. I made the payment online as I just didnt want to lose the offer. Also, I got confirmation. I was promised that the shoes are going to be delivered in 4-6 days. 7 days past, & the product just didnt reach to me. I got the contact number of this very busy delivery guy, who seemed to be well trained in flicking customers off with excuses. After trying really hard to get it delivered, I finally got the delivery on the 8th day. That doesnt seem to be a big problem, but thats what the fun of shopping online is. And snapdeal failed in it.
The worst part came when I found the shoes look really different than showed in those pics. Also they were not giving the comfort of Puma. I got it returned, but havent got my money back. All the time they ask me to resend the bank details. Snapdeal seems to have had enough of customer satisfaction. Disappointed.
