I placed an order of a mini desert cooler. first they sent me a wrong product and when I placed a replacement request. there is no reply from them at all. And their customer is not even bothered to call you back.
Why is my order is not yet shipped?
Its is packed by seller on 20th march
I called to customer care on 21st of march and they said they will escalate my problem and update me in 48 hrs. after 48 hrs I havent received any call from Snapdeal. when I called again I was told that it takes 3 working days to get answer from Logistics department.
Fine
today is 24th march and when I called their customer care again I got the information that it is not yet shipped. And it will take another 3 DAYS to Resolve the problem and they will ESCALATE the ISSUE. (Seriously, 3 more days)
Today I spoke with supervisor, She told me that their logistics department gets lots of mails and it is difficult for them to answer them in that time frame ."3 days are not sufficient for their Logistic department"
Does that mean their Logistics is soooo pathetic that they do a lot of mistakes that they cant even answer the emails OR THEY ARE SO CARELESS THAT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO REPLY FOR SUCH QUERY?
When ever I call and ask them about my Issue they tells me It is not yet shipped.Guys I can see the status online. I wanted my issue to be resolved for that only I called customer care.
I started feeling that I cant trust snapdeal.com, because its been 5 days and no one is able to resolve the issue.
I never ever got such hopeless service from flipkart.com or ebay.in
