RIP Snapdeal - Breakdown before break-even!

Welcome tot he new world of e-commerce wherein the company’s survive without customer base. And this new world will be introduced to us by Snapdeal soon. With the kind of customer service these people give, I think the founders should soon start thinking of an alternate option for a start-up. This clearly is not there game.


Talk about incompetence and these guys would not disappoint you. If you have a plan for e-commerce business and are wanting to jot down things "NOT TO DO" for it to be successfull, I would request you to make a call to Snapdeal customer care once to definitely NOT get a staff like that and a customer service of that kind. I think that should be enough for anyone to survive.


With the e-comemrce being dependent on customer services, it amazes me to see what kind of herds of cattle have they hired to take care of the most important part of their business.


Getting in to what I faced would make this review look like a complaint I am posting to get a solution, but no it’s just a message.


Snapdeal start looking out for an alternate career option! RIP
