I have ordered first time in December 2009 a printer from Snapdeal. Then I’ve paid in full. I recieved the printer after 45 days after calling and wasting a lots of time . Meanwhile I also approached Jaago Grahak Jago regarding this issue.
Second time I came on this website on 29th, July 2014 with a purchase of laptop battery, with order number 2518892503. Again they deliver my purcase in 27 days.
Still two orders are pending and they already delayed and Snapdeal( Actuall -Deal waste of time).
Pending orders numbers are:
4515938728 and 4656635082
Anyone can check this order number and know the status.
So my suggestion is plz plz plz stay away from this FRAUD( fraud in the sense delivery timing) COMPANY. They definitely cheat you. Also customer care team is nothing more than useless, cheater and lier people
