I purchased a washing machine from snapdeal in early 2015, just because the same model was not available on flipkart. Below are some points highlighting my bad experience:
For my chosen product, the complete information including the warranty information was not included in the product page of snapdeal website. Likewise, many other information was missing. In contrast, flipkart provided the information in detail about the product.
Their customer care guy suggested me to wait for a day so that I could purchase the same machine in sale starting next day. Unfortunately, the price went up the next day in sale. I don’t know why they did this.
The salesperson who came to deliver to my relatives misguided them to buy AMC for 5 years. I put up a complaint to snapdeal. They gave me the complaint no., but there is no contact after that.
