I wish there was a ZERO in your star rating.I would have picked that!!! Terrible Customer Service~!!! I ordered 2 pieces of hookah from their website. The first one arrived shattered. I sent out an email immediately that day. I have followed up twice since but I havent received a single response. (including one web submission and one email to help@snapdeal.com). No one has emailed me or even called me.
I wonder if it is because the team is swamped with so many complaints that they havent had time to look at mine because I fail to believe this could be due to a broken link on your website. We are now on the 4th day of receiving the product. The website says you have a 7 day return policy. I am completely appalled at the way my emails are being ignored. The customer care phone number on the website has a twisted IVR. And even after pushing the damn number 3 to talk to a representative, I have heard the hold music for 10 minutes on two occasions before being disconnected!
This is the first time ever I have bought from snapdeal and I know that this crazy customer service experience will ensure that I will not only NEVER buy from you again, but I will also blog about it. I have in the past shopped with Jabong and Groupon as well but nowhere have I found such apathy towards a customer complaint!
