Complaint:I placed an order for an IPhone 6 on 22nd December’14 and I was promised a delivery within 4-5business days.
I received a message from REDEXPRESS courier service on 23rd that I will get my fone by 25th December 9:13 PM so obviously I was waiting eagerly for my phone while all my other friends were out partying on Christmas.
I stayed back in hostel but there was no communication from there end nor a delivery. Next day I called them to enquire about this and they told me it will get delivered by 27th.
I was waiting patiently and I called them again on 27th morning asking for a fixed time as to when I will get my product. Also I had to leave Bangalore so I requested them to deliver it today itself.
The entire day has gone still there has been no communication and now they are saying I will get it on Monday.
This is the most unprofessional company I’be ever seen and I want them to suffer for the inconvenience they cause their customers like sending Vim Bars instead of phones.
WHAT A HOAX.
