Sorry to say but Snapdeal contains one of the most worst payment transactions mechanism built in. During my purchase, my transaction is failed and from failure page I opted for another payment gateway. Amount is deducted from both account(Debit/Credit) any they dont have any records even for the first payment.
Is this the way payments are handled without even keeping a track failed payments and refunds. highly un-recommended! ECommerce portal
