No track of track failed payments and refunds

Sorry to say but Snapdeal contains one of the most worst payment transactions mechanism built in. During my purchase, my transaction is failed and from failure page I opted for another payment gateway. Amount is deducted from both account(Debit/Credit) any they don’t have any records even for the first payment.


Is this the way payments are handled without even keeping a track failed payments and refunds. highly un-recommended! ECommerce portal


It is not possible here to rate them -ve, but rating should be considered as -ve for their service and support.
