@ Snapdeal, You are being one of the worst websites ever in my online buying experience in India. I had made many purchases from you online before and rest everything was as fantastic as possible, though this time you broke the success ladder.
I had made a purchase of an eye glasses few days back and It is very disheartening to see such a fraudulent activity running by you. When I was in my office, the product delivered at my home, but when I opened it, there was no product inside the box for which I paid 700 bucks. It was the empty box. I am unable to understand is it your seller’s fault or the courier.
I called you several times, dropped numerous mails, posted on Facebook. however everything went in vain. Though, we have lodged a formal complaint to Police against you and your fraudulent activity by merchant for running bogus operation in India. You will also shortly receive a notice from my lawyer.
Moreover, one thing I want to say that you have lost a very regular patron today and I will definitely ask every friend of mine that not to buy anything from you today onward.
